Brett Michaels, Sarah Palin, Tony Romo and Eminem
This is the new Eminem single. The beat is kind of klunky but the rapping is very good per-usual. I can't tell if he was going more for laughs or for the tune here.
In either case, I loved the part about Sarah Palin.

Marvin Gaye - Whats Goin On
Even if you don't watch the whole thing fast-forward to 2:35 and watch the random guy in the green suit. Hilariously funky.

Flea Instructional Excerpt
This video taught me everything I know about playing slap. I actually owned this video on VHS 8-years ago and remember playing/rewinding/playing/slow motion the video to death trying to figure out how to play this lick. "Black-eyed Blonde," The first song that he shows how to play in slow motion was the first slap lick I ever played. Oh the memories...
Oh yeah, do you notice any similarities with the style of bass?

75 Million MP3s, No Sign Up, No Service Fee
Fizy.com is another developers take on mining Youtube for its ridiculous amount of music. But what make this the best version is that it is simple to use, and there are no string attached. You type in a name and you can listen to the track.
Give it a shot by trying something obscure, it might just show up.

One of the Best Marching Drumlines
Even if this isn't your bag, you should have some respect for these guys!
p.s.
When I say one of the best I mean just for Uni's. Drum Corps is a whole different ballgame.

9 Worst Duets of All Time
The Daily Beast has this great article on the worst pop duets in history. Since I think that all pop duets are ridiculous gimmicks to boost album sales this is the obvious place for them. Check it out here.

A Pizza Vending Machine?!
These are apparently popular in Italy. I really can't believe Americans didn't think of this first...

The 'Job' Was Real
The eh-hum, fellatio, that is heard on Notorious B.I.G.'s Ready to Die as an interlude track is no sound effect. P. Diddy came forward with the information after merely being asked about it by a reporter.
I however still think that it's fake. Maybe I just don't want to put image to sound next time I listen to one of my favorite rap albums.

Musicians Make Great Partenrs
According to dailymail.co.uk a new study has found that musicians are more in tune with themselves. And therefore, make for a better spouse.
So keep playing music. I guess it's proven that it helps out in every facet of life.

Target Going Green?
What I thought was interesting is that it says "3. Water Balloon"
That is the third best way you can reuse this bag? I commend them for printing ways to reuse their bags but a little more thought would be nice.
And oh yeah, right underneath it-it says "California Only: Return to stores for recycling" Does Cali have some sort of program that the rest of the states don't? We need to get on that.

Daft Punk to Score Soudtrack to Tron 2.0
According to Reuters, Daft Punk will be supplying the music to Tron 2.0.
If their goal is to create a dark remake of the futuristic flick than they hired the right musicians. Daft Punk already has a dystopian disposition with songs like Television Rules the Nation, Human After All, and Robot Rock.
I'll be waiting for this release.
