Actually, every other time through the progression the bass moves to the upper octave for the Bm and D chords (ie 3/2 2/4 1/4 1/6 1/7 2/7 3/5 4/5 then the same as before with 4/3 3/5 2/5 3/5 4/2 3/4 4/4 3/4). Subtle but it actually makes it more interesting and busy with cluttering it up.
